REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Clubs or individual athletes must pay registration ONLINE by INSTANT BANK TRANSFER at www.cronometrogara.it made exclusively to c/c IBAN IT 28 Y 02008 03443 000105123715 made out to ASD NAPOLI ROADRUNNERS at UNICREDIT BANCA AGENZIA NAPOLI VERDI. Payment advice should be sent together with registration form by e-mail to iscrizione.gara@gmail.com
EPS and Runcard holders’ participation is subject to the possession of a valid medical certificate of eligibility for the practice of competitive athletics, besides a copy of their membership card.

€ 21.00 until November 30, 2023
€ 26.00 until January 31, 2024
€ 31.00 until March 20, 2024
Valid entries must be accompanied by the accounting of the bank transfer and any necessary documentation. Participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, registrants unable to take part in the race are given the opportunity to be replaced by another athlete by 12 p.m. on the Thursday before the race (March 20, 2024).

• technical and medical assistance along the race course, the start and finish line

REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEES
Please note that registration fees will be returned ONLY if the event is not held due to reasons attributable to the responsibility of the ASD Napoli Road Runners.
Therefore, there will be no reimbursement if the event is canceled for reasons related to public order, natural events, instructions of the competent bodies etc. In this situation, registration fees will be earmarked for participation in the next edition of the race.
In case of non-participation in the competition without collecting the race packets, athletes will be able to pick them up later by sending an email to: segreteria@napoliroadrunners.com obtaining instructions for its collection. Any costs associated with shipping will be responsibility of the athlete.
